At BertaProudDad.com, we stand behind our gear the same way we stand behind our values — with pride, honesty, and no-nonsense service. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

If your order shows up damaged or with a defect, don’t worry — we’ve got your back.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a quick description, and a photo of the issue. We’ll take care of it fast.

You’ll have the option of:

• A full refund
   
• A replacement item, free of charge
   
• Store credit equal to your purchase amount
   

We want every proud Canadian wearing our gear to feel good about their purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you’ve got 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
   
• Proof of purchase is required
   

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a refund back to your original payment method or an exchange — your call.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we messed up
   
• Custom or personalized items (like custom name or date prints) can’t be returned unless damaged or defective
   
• Refunds can take 5–10 business days to process depending on your payment provider
